During 16 years in business Training in Care Ltd has developed from a sole trader, designing and delivering continuous professional development courses; to a training company designing and delivering both accredited and bespoke professional development courses from orientation to degree level in the UK.

The company has won numerous awards for the design of workforce development solutions in the field of child and adult care and has recently become the Lead Training provider in the UK for Skills Active, an employer representative forum who endorses innovative training solutions which are employer and employee focused.
